Common questions about hosting corporate events with Jack Stack during the tournament.

Do you offer halal or kosher catering?

Yes. We offer halal beef options and VAAD-certified kosher preparation. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menus are also available across both Jack Stack and Storia brands.

Do you provide AV and production support?

Fiorella's Event Space offers AV and production packages. For off-site events, we coordinate with preferred production partners to deliver a seamless experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by event size and timing. Our events team will outline specific terms in your custom proposal. Flexibility is built into our approach.

What is your minimum guest count?

Private dining starts at 10 guests, delivery at 10, and catering events at 50. Fiorella's Event Space accommodates up to 1,300. We scale to fit your needs.

How far in advance should we book?

For tournament dates, we recommend booking 2-4 months in advance. Availability is limited, especially around marquee matches and the quarter-final on July 11.

Can we do a site visit before booking?

Absolutely. We offer tours at Fiorella's Event Space and our private dining rooms. It's the best way to experience what we offer firsthand.
